A little about us:
We (Kerri Cacciata, Tilth Alliance Managing Director and Rae Russell, Tilth Alliance Farm Program Manager) are both certified as Produce Safety Trainers through the Produce Safety Alliance, and thanks to generous grant funding, have been working together to craft this resource for over a year! When we first received our own training, we were struck by how dense the official rules, regulations, and educational materials can be, and how essential it is to have that information summarized in plain language as well as divided up into digestible portions. And thus, the 20 Days of Food Safety Project was born!
